Vallon Digital provides monthly advertising and marketing services. These include:

• Placement of your business within our HUB directory (a digital business listing).
   
• Traffic driven to the HUB through shared advertising campaigns such as Google Ads.
   
• Ongoing visibility via HUB listings and posts.
   
• Access to a client dashboard with performance metrics.
   

This is a subscription-based advertising service, designed to improve brand visibility and exposure.

All new clients begin with a one-month onboarding period at no cost. During this period we:

• Set up your HUB listing.
   
• Introduce you to your dashboard.
   
• Activate your placement in shared advertising campaigns.
   
• Provide initial consultation to ensure you understand how the service works.
   

At the end of the onboarding period, unless canceled, your subscription continues as described in Section 3.

• The subscription fee is USD $37 per month.
   
• Billing begins automatically at the end of the onboarding period.
   
• Subscriptions are charged monthly until canceled.
   
• By joining, you authorize Vallon Digital to process recurring charges using your chosen payment method.
   

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
   
• Cancellation can be completed through your client portal (link provided in all emails & onboarding emails and on our website) or by written request.
   
• If canceled before the onboarding period ends, you will not be charged.
   
• If canceled after billing has occurred, you will retain access to services until the end of the current paid period.
   

We want you to be confident in our service. To support this:

• 39-Day Money-Back Guarantee – If you are not satisfied within 39 days of your first paid subscription charge, you may request a full refund.
   
• After this period, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
   
• Refund requests must be made in writing to our support team.
   
• This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
   

By subscribing, you grant Vallon Digital permission to use your business name, logos, images, and other creative assets solely for the purpose of delivering the advertising services described in Section 1. These remain your property, and we will not use them outside of providing agreed services.

Advertising results vary depending on industry, competition, and market conditions. Vallon Digital does not guarantee specific sales or traffic outcomes. Our service provides advertising exposure, not guaranteed leads or revenue.

All content, strategies, and materials created by Vallon Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside of the agreed services.

Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vallon Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms of Service, misuse our services, or act in a way that interferes with our ability to provide services to other clients.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.

Any confidential business information you provide will remain private and be used only for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share your information without your consent, except where required by law.
