Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Vallon Digital, we want our customers to be satisfied with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
     
  • Paid Subscriptions: If you’ve been charged for a monthly subscription, we offer a 30-day refund window. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within the first 30 days after your payment has been processed.
     
  • Services Beyond the Subscription: For additional services, such as press releases or custom packages, refunds will only be issued if the service has not been delivered or if we fail to meet the agreed-upon terms.
     

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@vallon-digital.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
     
  • Our team will review the request and, if eligible, process the refund within 5-7 business days.
     
  • If a refund is issued, any future payments will be canceled, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
     

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • After the 30-day refund window, we are unable to offer refunds for services provided or subscriptions. However, you may choose to cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
     
  • Custom services or personalized work that has already been delivered or begun may not be refundable after work has started.
     

4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@vallon-digital.com. Once canceled, you will no longer be billed for future cycles, but the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
     

5. Payment Disputes

  • If you have any issues with your charges, please reach out to us first. We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.
     
  • Stripe handles all payments and chargebacks, so if you initiate a chargeback, please understand that this may result in fees or penalties from Stripe. We strongly encourage you to resolve any disputes directly with us before proceeding with a chargeback.
