All new customers begin with a one-month onboarding period at no cost. If you cancel during onboarding, no payment will be taken.
2. Refund Guarantee
- 39-Day Money-Back Guarantee – If you are not satisfied within 39 days of your first paid charge, you may request a full refund.
- After this period, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at support@vallon-digital.com with your account details.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 5–7 business days.
- If a refund is granted, your subscription will be canceled, and no further payments will be taken.
4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by emailing support@vallon-digital.com.
- When you cancel, you will not be billed again. Access to services continues until the end of the current paid period.
